Rocky loves little more than the opportunity to put his ingenuity to work to meet the unique goals of each project (except maybe his kids and a well-deserved jam session now and again).

David Prinzhorn has over forty years of experience in water, wastewater, and environmental engineering. He's done it all, from utility master planning to project management, construction, and operations and maintenance. David has over $400 million worth of projects under his belt from almost any sector you can think of – federal, tribal, commercial, military, and private. David holds his Professional Engineer licenses in Arizona, Alaska, and Utah, and is a Certified Grade 4 Utility Operator in Arizona.
